Your saree is a delicate piece of art crafted with intricate hand embroidery. To maintain its quality and beauty, it must only be dry cleaned. Washing the saree at home may damage the embroidery, and Aryendee will not be responsible for such issues.
2. Timeline:
Hand embroidery is a meticulous and time-intensive process. The completion of your saree may take up to six days We appreciate your patience as our artisans ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
3. Order Confirmation and Updates:
• Once your order is confirmed, we will share periodic updates on the progress.
• Any modifications after the design approval stage may affect the timeline.
4. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items.
• Video Proof of Packaging: To ensure transparency and provide peace of mind, we will send you a detailed video of your saree and other items being carefully packed before shipment. This video serves as proof that the product was in perfect condition and free from damage at the time of dispatch.
